Our house was built in 1849 and has a modern kitchen but still retains a lot character including a cozy log fire in the spacious living room. The garden is south facing with an outdoor area for eating or just relaxing. We are perfectly located to explore many ancient monuments as well as the picturesque Argyll coast and beyond.

Our rural cottage sleeps two adults is adjacent to the beautiful, historic Kilmartin Glen, Argyll. Accessed by a small farm track, take your time to avoid sheep and occasional potholes! Approximately 40 minutes drive to the town of Oban, where you can access ferries to various Scottish islands. The village of Lochgilphead is 20 minutes drive with a supermarket and shops. The smaller villages of Kilmartin and Ardfern are close by. If you are looking for a peaceful get away this is for you!

Beautiful self catering cottages nestled in the ancient glen of Kilmartin. This cottage has extensive views along the glen from the conservatory. The village of Kilmartin is a half mile walk along footpaths, where there is a museum highlighting some of the many incredible archaeological discoveries made in this area, and a local pub with a great menu. The area is well known for its superb walking, cycling and outdoor opportunities as well as the calm and peacefulness that Argyll has to offer.

Situated near to the village of Crinan and the Crinan canal, our 3 Cottages were converted from a former barn and are perfect for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists and just getting away from it all. The Middle Barn is our largest cottage, with a kitchen / dining room, living room, and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. The living room has a woodburning stove. There is a large garden with pond. Outside seating and bbq provided. Red squirrels and pine martins can sometimes be seen.

The Bothy Suite by Temple Wood

The Bothy Suite is in the 'hidden village' of Slockavullin , delightfully rural but only 1 mile from the village of Kilmartin with Pub, museum and cafe. Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. Breakfast is continental.

Completed in 2007 comprising 4 double/twin bedrooms sleeping 8/9, 9th being a cot for a baby. There is one family bathroom and one toilet and shower room, a large kitchen and dining area leading out onto decking, utility room and spacious upstairs lounge with wonderful views.
