As soon as you get to the House Major72, you can see the private pool located in "es corral" the typical sunny patio in Mallorca. On the ground floor there's a living-room, toilet, complete kitchen with dining-table, laundry, outer dining area with BBQ, pool and solarium. On the 1st floor there's a hall and 2 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The 2nd floor has a majestic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living-room and private balcony. All the bedrooms have doors and a/c.

We have a nice garden with wooden pergola, covered terrace, small swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, barbecue and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mediterranean climate and the sun. The house has a/c all around, heating, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 3 suites with comfy beds and bathroom. Stay tax to be paid on arrival.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
