Maison rénovée au cœur de l'Entre-de-mers idéalement située pour visiter la région à 30 min de Saint Emilion et 1h de Bordeaux. Sur la commune de Blasimon non loin du lac départemental et de l'Abbaye. Mes grands-parents y ont mis tout leur cœur et leurs économies. Alors oui je l'ai mise à mon goût mais c'était surtout un choix de garder ce bien qu'ils m'avaient laissé. J'ai aimé y grandir, y venir et y vivre alors je suis sûre que d'autres apprécieront ce lieu et continueront à le faire vivre.

Set at the end of a tree-lined driveway, Favreau is nestled amongst 10 hectares of grounds with views over the surrounding countryside, orchards and vines. A traditional rustic farmhouse, which is full of charm, with a private heated pool in a stunning and secluded setting. 4 bedrooms, the 5th bedroom is a very large children's dormitory. No more than 10 adults and a maximum of 13 guests, including children aged 18 months and over. Favreau is not wheelchair-accessible.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
