Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Or bring the kids and hit the beach.

Luxury yurt glamping at Littlegrove

Nestled in an olive grove with views over Bruny Island’s famous Fluted Cape, our yurts offer the ultimate romantic glamping experience, with private bathroom and cooking facilities and an outdoor bath and fire pit for star gazing. Each yurt is furnished with vintage wares collected from all over the world, an internal wood fire, timber floors, and wool lined walls for cosy nights. Double glazed windows look out over the grove and surrounding forest which wraps 360 degrees around our farm.

Wake up with the beach at your doorstep. Secret Spot is one of Bruny Island’s few absolute beachfront escapes. An original beach shack, tarted up with your comfort in mind, it’s the perfect retreat for two. Walk across the lawn to a sandy swimming beach, enjoy sweeping water and mountain views, cosy up by the wood heater or fire pit (firewood supplied), and watch for wallabies at dusk—including the occasional rare white wallaby. Welcome to our 1 bedroom self contained studio. The studio is conjoined to our new house, with your own private entry. Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living. Kitchen has breakfast bar, hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There is a covered verandah at the front with BBQ. A large open deck is located behind the Studio to enjoy the sunny days. Its just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
