There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping. It benefits from a large off road parking area for multiple vehicles if you and your party are travelling separately. Large enough to accommodate a motor home or caravan should this option be required.
