Located on a treelined residential street, within a 30 minute walk/10 minute drive to most major destinations on the Halifax Peninsula, including universities, hospitals, commons, and downtown core. Bus routes only steps away. Laundromat, grocery store, and shopping mall are also within walking distance. Perfect setup for two, can stretch up to four with the sofa bed in the main living space. There is ample, free parking on our street.

A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store, cafés, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants. You will enter from the front door, private entrance and Airbnb is on second floor in my private home, close to downtown Halifax. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 sitting room and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sitting-room has table and chairs, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, coffee, tea, BUT, "no kitchen". TV with cable and has WiFi - wireless. There is a heatpump in the sitting room that provides heat as air conditioning in that room. No parties allowed in the suite.
