Today, this monumental building has been transformed into a refined boutique hotel, combining historic charm, maritime character, and contemporary luxury for an unforgettable stay. Built in 1900, the Harbor Office emerged when the city’s canals could no longer handle the thriving industry and intense shipping traffic of the late 19th century, prompting the creation of the Laakhaven. From here, the harbor master and his deputies managed daily port operations.

Je boekt bij ons altijd een overnachting inclusief ontbijt en toeristenbelasting. Onze kamers zijn netjes en eenvoudig ingericht. Behalve 2 bedden vind je er een tafel met 2 stoelen, een waterkoker en alle benodigdheden om koffie en thee te zetten. Bij mooi weer kun je ontbijten in de tuin, óf je neemt 't mee naar 't strand! Met ingang van het seizoen van 2021 hebben wij een nieuwe, volledig ingerichte keuken/ontbijtruimte op de begane grond!
