Large room sleep 9 just 4 min walk town Beach

This room was 2 rooms and a corridor - However, we knocked the rooms through to a super large room. Perfect for big families as all in one room. No need to divide the family into 2 rooms. Room 5 is on the 1st floor with a beautiful kitchen next door. This is a shared guest kitchen. We often find that mainly families use this space. You have all in the cupboards to make a meal or bring your own food and heat up. That's the family fed. We are just a 4 minute walk to the beach and town.

Single Deluxe Bedroom

Located in the heart of the Purbecks between Corfe Castle and Swanage, we offer some of the most beautiful views in Dorset. Bedrooms surround two beautiful courtyards with complimentary parking. Each en suite bedroom is unique and features stone walls and exposed beams. The Sawmill Restaurant features locally sourced produce, largely from within 20 miles, served with an delicious international twist. Enjoy our beautiful gardens, woods and stunning panoramic views.

Rooms at the Quayside - offers a selection of beatifully designed boutique rooms on Poole Quay. Originally 18th century fisherman accomodation, now fully refurbished with 10 en-suite rooms all with smart tv, tea and coffee facilities and luxury kingsize beds with crisp white egyptian cotton, goosedown bedding and large soft bath towels. Positioned right in the old town tourist area of Poole Quay surrounded by bars, shops and restarants.

The Compasses Inn is a beautiful 14th century pub in rural Wiltshire. Open fire, old wooden beams, flagstone floors. It is like stepping back in time but with beautiful, comfortable bedrooms above and wonderful food & drink. The bedrooms are slightly Scandinavian in style, the most comfortable beds, gorgeous feather pillows, flat-screen tvs and well-appointed bathrooms.

Country King

At Hills Farm Stays, we have two Country King rooms, Hawkchurch and Seaton. Hawkchurch is located on our first floor and is accessible through external outdoor steps. Seaton is situated on the ground floor and has access to a small outdoor garden and patio area. These rooms both contain a king bed, using Egyptian cotton linen and an en-suite shower room.

Deluxe Double Room in Bath

All De-Luxe rooms look out onto the charming walled gardens, the City and its medieval Abbey beyond. These very spacious rooms all have king sized beds. The Pulteney has a four poster bed with antique furniture and period fittings, the Ivory and Garden rooms are more contemporary. Please be aware there is no lift.
