There is a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Outside, there is parking for two cars to the front and a small enclosed garden to the rear with table and BBQ. Great base for exploring the Borders and just walking out onto the farm to take in the stunning views and see our sheep and cattle and wildlife too.
