La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. An old two-bedroom loft in the heart of Annecy Old Town - with a balcony over the river Thiou. The perfect escape for adventurous couples & families. The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

les rêveries, au cœur de la vieille ville

C’est en empruntant la rue en pavé ou les escaliers qui mènent au château d'Erlach qu’on rejoint les rêveries, ancienne maison datant de 1486. Le logement ( 75 mètres carré ) est entièrement rénové, meublé avec passion et soin. Il traverse la totalité de la maison, côté sud, une terrasse ombragée et un jardin enchanteur vous séduiront. Votre bébé est le bienvenu. Je ne reçois malheureusement pas les enfants à partir de deux ans. Le mobilier et la décoration sont toujours en mouvement.

logement spacieux avec vue exceptionnelle sur Marseille collé à la magnifique église notre dame de la garde au sommet de la colline. Il est situé 20 mn à pied de la corniche et plage ainsi que du centre-ville vieux port. Vos nuits seront dans les étoiles et vous serez réveillés par les cloches de la basilique. Une terrasse de 50 M2 pour prendre vos petits déjeuner et repas au dessus de la ville et la mer. Fêtes interdites et bruits entre 23 h et 7 h aussi. Merci pour le voisinage.

Recently restored en-suite unique space in a 16th century house with an independent access. In the entrance is a small sitting area leading into the bedroom with a balcony opening to the valley and a fully equipped bathroom (including bathtub in the room). Access to the roof terrace with fantastic views is available from the main staircase. The house is located in a small village of medieval origin in the foothills of the pre-pyrenees, close to many tourist sites.

***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.
