Top floor of cottage on the ocean with view across the straits to Nanaimo/Vancouver Island. Short ferry ride from the mainland. Located on the Sunshine Coast with incredible natural attractions and scenery. Ocean access directly in front of cottage. Skookumchuk Rapids is about 1 hour away. Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge. There is also a natural gas bbq available for guests to use.

Anchorage Cottage

This unique and tranquil getaway was hand built using timbers from the property. It is a tiny cottage with peak a boo views to the ocean. Located close to a deer crossing, and a walk to local beaches, the property has wildlife, eagles and large towering trees. The cottage was built using natural materials, with some kiln dried cedar planks and "shou sugi ban" exterior cedar siding. It is a 10-12 minute drive to Snug Cove.
