Leo’s Hideaway” is a cosy cottage, newly renovated with its own private courtyard space. Tucked away in the center of the vibrant village of Staveley. Directly from the door you can enjoy some of the best walks the Lake District has to offer. Staveley is a gateway to other towns and villages such as Kendal and Windermere via bus or train. Please note we allow a maximum of 4 guests including infants we only allow 1 small/medium dog per booking. (Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture)

The cottage is conveniently just a stone's throw from a cosy pub with beer garden, a playground & all of Staveley's amenities which include a Spar, artisan bakery, gelato shop to list just a few. The cottage also has the benefit of having been recently updated throughout.

It is cosy, warm and full of modern amenities such as underfloor heating and a log burning stove. From the front door there are footpaths to Staveley village with its selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Only 15 minutes drive to Lake Windermere - it's a fantastic base to explore The Lake District. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a log burning fire, original floorboards and a window seat, leading through to a dining kitchen with a further log burning fire. To the rear is an outhouse and a detached rear garden. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and a family bathroom.
