This airy, modern beach house is right on the esplanade overlooking the cliff top sandhills of beautiful Willyama Beach. 450m right is the edge of Dhilba Guuranda - Innes National Park, and 300m left is Marion Bay proper. With a wide shady deck on three sides there is always a sheltered outdoor place to relax, enjoy a BBQ and watch for the emus and kangaroos that often stroll down our street (wildlife notes below). Children are welcome but bear in mind there are stairs and a high balcony.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for keen fisherman. There is plenty of room to park your boat on the property. The pod was designed by Troppo Architects and built by Oscar Builders . In recognition of the thought, design approach and build quality, the Klein Pod has been furnished sparsely but with quality and purposeful use in mind. The single unit has a small kitchenette, lounge area, queen bed and combustion heater. Out on the deck you can relax on the day bed. The shower is outside behind a rustic privacy screen.
