The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Enjoy access to a gym, sauna, breakfast, restaurant, and parking, all available at an additional cost. Unwind in the elegant lobby with complimentary coffee, comfortable seating, and workspaces.

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

Endast 7 minuter till Stockholms central med tåg, nära tunnelbana, pendeltåg och Arlanda flygbuss. Mall of Scandinavia med shopping och restauranger samt natursköna promenadstråk vid sjöar och skog finns på gångavstånd. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och gratis parkering ingår. Mataffär vid stationen, ca 7 min promenad.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
