I am within walking distance of Princess Alexandra Hospital, one of Brisbane's biggest hospitals, and a short bus ride from the Mater Hospital. There is a gym nearby, plus local dental and medical facilities. No meals are provided. Dutton Park railway station is the nearest to my place, about a 15 minute walk

We have a friendly Cavoodle which is also a part of the family and is mainly in our our house unless you wish to have puppy pats. The room has a double bed & desk but its not large. Please be aware this is more homely than hotel style & there is no air conditioner (cooling), just fans. Huge sunny outdoor deck. Before Booking – Please Note Parking: No on-site parking, but free street parking is just a 1-minute walk away. Location: The unit is on Mains Rd, a busy street in Sunnybank. Bus is right outside of the unit. Entrance: There’s one step at the entrance. Some construction items are outside for a rustic vibe but inside is clean and cozy. View: If you want a scenic outdoor view, this may not be suitable. Noise: Minor noise may occur upstairs, but it’s kept at a reasonable level.
