Supermarket is only 5 minutes' drive and town center is around 10 minutes'. Free parking is available. Kitchen is fully equipped and with coffee machine, microwave, etc

The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.
