Also walking distance to Whaletown Bay, which is a great place to swim, or kayak out of.

Shoal Bay sits on a remote island, completely off grid. Here we generate our own electrical power through a system of solars panels and micro-hydro. Just one of three boutique styled cottages at Shoal Bay, The RAVEN COTTAGE sits on the hillside overlooking the water. There are 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a cozy woodstove. Kitchen with undercounter fridge and 4 burner gas stove/oven. A shower in the bathroom. Covered deck with a bbq all overlooking the ocean and the coastal mountains

From the moment you step inside, it offers a sense of exhale — a soft retreat from the noise of the world above.The living area is anchored by a plush, low-profile sofa that opens to a king bed, TV and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is inviting to prepare family meals . The bedroom offers a double bed. Air mattress is available for additional guests.

The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.
