Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The house has been renovated in recent years to a high standard (including a new kitchen in 2022) and has a very large terrace for relaxing on.

On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.
