1 bedroom apartment in Grafarholt - quiet family stairwell. Bedroom has one Queen size (154cmx200cm) bed. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with 42” TV with access to Netflix on Apple TV. Nice balcony. 15 minutes from downtown Reykjavik with car. 3 min walk to busstop. Free car parking in front of the building. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Many beautiful walking paths in the area. 14 min walk to swimming pool (Dalslaug). 45 minutes drive from Keflavik International Airport.

Newly renovated, good location

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It's a very cosy 2 bedroom apartment, two good beds in each bedroom, a new and fully equipped kitchen and small bet cozy living room with a large TV. We have a swimming pool in walking distance, the Reykjavik's beach (Nautholsvik) is also in walking distance along with nice walking areas. Both bedrooms have one queen size bed (160cm) and one small double bed (120cm) and a sleeping sofa in the living room who holds 2 persons.
