The Aspen Annex

Take a break and unwind in our peaceful annex, conveniently located for hikes to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, and a wealth of amenities in Hveragerði. The annex has a private entrance, king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a fridge, coffee machine and kettle but no cooking facilities. You will also have exclusive use of the garden hot tub, a tranquil escape nestled among the birch and aspen trees. Please note that we have a very friendly dog who you may meet!

Our cozy guest-house is located by our home in Rekjavík. There we are only a two minute walk from the beautiful nature of the valley of the river Elliðaár with tracks for walking and running. Close by we also have the local swimming pool with jacuzzis, slides, saunas and a gym, and only a few minutes walk to the low price supermarket. The museum Àrbæjarsafn is close to my home. It is just a walking distance to a great outdoors swimmingpool with hot tubs. A grocery store is almost next door. This area is on your way out of Reykjavik to the south to the Golden Circle etc and also to the main route to the north.

This is a new small studio apartment (for 2 persons) in our garage. This was our daughters apartment. This is a very nice neighborhood, nice and quiet. It is close to Árbæjarsafn museum, Elliðarárdalur park and close to bus stations. You will love it!
