Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a self contained spacious one bedroom stable conversion with a secure courtyard garden. You can also have access to our private 7 acre field. The village has a lovely dog friendly pub, an excellent local shop and butchers all within a 5 minute walk of the cottage. The village is located in the Wensum Valley, a well renowned beautiful chalk stream. The cottage has easy access to Norwich, 14 miles and is 35 minutes from the North Norfolk coast. Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

Sycamore Yurt

Finished to a high standard our yurts come fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break including wood burners with oven, private barbecue, sun loungers, hammock. The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

The Bothy @ Jasmine House Norfolk, Bawdeswell

The Bothy is a well-appointed, contemporary two storey scandi-style, detached holiday cottage. It is suitable for one or two people who wish to explore Norfolk from its central location in comfort & privacy. There is ample parking and a lovely small orchard to the rear for guests' private use. The Barn has underfloor heating throughout, and private parking to the front along with a small private garden. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.
