Safe, cozy house in great location!

Enjoy a safe, comfortable stay with great views of Mt. Kilimanjaro nearby! The fully furnished studio guesthouse is located on the same property as the host’s home so you can feel safe and be assured your questions will be answered promptly! The house is inside a gated property with guard dogs out at night. Cleaning is available on either Tues or Sat. and laundry for a small fee. We are located within walking distance from several restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to get transport.

Apartments Zanz JJ with 2 rooms, each with its own separate entrance, private kitchen, as well as a common kitchen outside, dining area, and a sitting area with comfortable beds on the terrace. Located in the most popular area of ​​Nungwi. The rooms are decorated in Zanzibar style, overlooks the lush garden. Additional spacious cozy terrace for breakfast and relaxation. In the vicinity of the apartments, literally a 7-minute walk away, is the white beach with soft sand and a turquoise ocean.

Our banda overlooks the pool in the walled garden of our home compound, just a few steps from the stunning white sand beach of Paje, and a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Paje village. The banda has a large airy sleeping loft upstairs with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, and a well-equipped kitchenette, dining/sitting area, and full bathroom on the main floor. There is also a private furnished patio with pool view. Guests are welcome to use the shared pool and garden.

A lovely, detached garden house in a large, leafy garden, located 1 km from the Arusha Clock Tower. There is shared access to the kitchen in the main house. If you are looking to have more space we have three large rooms in the main house, two with king sized beds. Check out Lovely Bungalow, Two Adjoining Rooms, Spacious Private Room - Central Arusha. The private studio-style cottage comprises a sleeping area with ensuite bathroom, living area, work space, fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Wifi and air-conditioning are available. The property is a minute walk to the amazing east-coast beach, which stretches for mile. If you would like any specific food or beverage items for your arrival, this can easily be arranged."

Whether you are just looking to relax after business, or a couple looking for a private getaway, this place is perfect for you!
