There are views of the Waikato River from the bedroom window and walking/bike tracks nearby that lead to Spa Park where the adventure begins. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

Sunny and private 2-bedroom cottage on the water's edge at beautiful Acacia Bay. Just a 7-minute drive to the town centre and a 10-minute walk to the local bar/brasserie and store. You'll have a comfortable stay in our modern, very clean, cosy & warm new-build (3 years old), self-contained 2 bedroom unit. 4km from Taupo town in Two Mile Bay, beside Botanical Gardens and 1km from the lake foreshore. Best suited up to 4 people but allows up to 6 with the comfortable mattress type sofa bed in the lounge for guests 5 & 6. Please keep this in mind.

Our place is a modern, cosy, self-contained (no oven/stovetop) furnished apartment with private guest access. It is warm, sunny and close to the lake and shops. It is quiet, comfy and clean with double glazing and a modern heat pump. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and friends We live upstairs but you have your privacy and own entry.

Self contained cosy unit 15 min walk from town. I live on site and work in town so available most of the time. Double bed with extra pillows, duvets and blanket if required. Located down the driveway next to the garage. Happy to have well behaved pets. Gate behind unit which goes direct onto the reserve. Smoking outside only. Parking off road right outside.
