The Airbnb is a bedroom with queen-sized bed, small desk, armchair & TV. Tea/coffee/milk & basic breakfast on arrival. No living room or kitchen but fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster, & iron/board. My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

You will be occupying the entire top floor, take the stairs or the lift that opens into the 80 square metre apartment. Two minutes walk to Courtenay Place, Te Papa, Tākina Conference Centre and the waterfront, it's perfectly placed for exploring Wellington on foot. After dark the entertainment quarter and some of Wellingtons best restaurants are at your doorstep.

It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio offers an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Reaching it requires a brief uphill walk, but for those who enjoy the outdoors and don’t shy away from a little exercise, the reward is well worth it. The breathtaking views and cosy accommodation make the effort part of the experience. That said, if you prefer level access or are travelling with particularly heavy luggage, our studio may not be the best fit.

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.

Urban Forest Retreat

Kick back and relax in this calm, private, stylish studio nestled in an urban forest and just a few minutes walk to the beach and 15mins to the CBD/8mins to airport. Stay in and enjoy a morning coffee while listening to native bird song or eat alfresco on the private deck which gets afternoon and evening sun. Go out and explore the south coast with the beach & bush walks less than 10mins walk from your door.
