Take a break and unwind at this peaceful bit of paradise overlooking geothermal Lake Ohakuri, This semi-rustic cabin, loved by everyone that stays, has a bedroom with four solid bunks, another room with Kitchen, table and queen bed. There is a covered deck, with another sink, Weber BBQ, tables and chairs, and gas flatplate. The cabin overlooks the river and has a shared bathroom with three toilet stalls a short walk away, one with a good shower. Lake access and boat dock is 2 minutes away.

A great spot to observe a real working 1150 acre Sheep and Beef farm. Bring your hiking shoes and a fishing rod and enjoy the self guided marked 6km return walking track. Tinopai boat ramp 6 km away. NB 4wd vehicles can be driven to a halfway point on Whitestone track only, then the rest of the track is to be done on foot.
