The houseboat comes with a/c, heater, private grill and is stocked with water and coffee. Bathroom and shower is a short walk away.

This floating home has a bedroom with a Queen Bed with a private bathroom, full kitchen, couch that can be converted into a bed, a loft with 2 single beds and a deck to enjoy the beautiful view. Enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. This is a completely non smoking/vaping building. There is also free transient dockage for a 26 ft boat or rent a boat during your stay.

The Owners Suite is on the top level - not included in the rental (will not be occupied during your stay).

Please note this is just a place to stay and relax, you are not allowed to take the yacht out of the slip. **We also rent separately a Seadoo Switch 5 person pontoon for $300/day. The large front deck has chairs to enjoy. The upper deck has patio furniture, perfect to enjoy the evening views. Inside you will find a king size bed, kitchen area with fridge/microwave and kcup coffee maker. The front living area has a futon that can also be a sleeper.
