Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Apartment in beautiful Grøtfjord

Do you want to stay in a beautiful remote place, while still connected to the city? Grøtfjord is located just a 40 min. drive from Tromsø. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med nydelig og sentral beliggenhet for opp til to personer. Her har du alt du trenger for et kort eller lengre opphold i Tromsø. Buss (nr 24) går rett utenfor huset og det tar ca 10 minutter til sentrum. Om du foretrekker å gå tar det ca 30 minutt. Hybelen er nyoppusset, og inneholder eget bad og kombinert stue/sovealkove. Det har ikke fult kjøkken. Som våre gjester er dere velkommen til å bruke hagen sammen med oss. Flott sted å se nordlyset fra!

Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

Cathedral Lodge

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. This is the perfect place to stay in Tromsø. Welcome!

Denne flotte og sentrale leiligheten ligger i 2 etasje og er 43 m2. Leiligheten inneholder gang, soverom, bad og stue med kjøkkenløsning. Det er også en privat balkong. Vervet area is a newly developed district in Tromsø, with restaurants, cafes right by. The city center is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the apartments, same for the Artic Cathedral across the bridge. The apartment building is modern and placed right by the harbor.

The house is located in a quiet and safe dead end street in Tromsø, 3 kilometers from the city center. Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great nature nearby and close to ski and hiking tracks, Arctic cathedral, marina and cable car.

Cozy apartment in Tromsø / Tromsdalen

Best view on Fjellheisen, comfortable and hotel feel stay. Hight chance to see the northern light and new year’s fireworks orginized from the city center and Fløyen mountain infront of our house. (attached photos) What makes it even better is the central location of the house. Near by you can find the city center, the famous church and cable car, in addition to restaurants and shopping mall.
