This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Recently and lovingly restored Torbay Villa. This family home has a games/cinema room, dining room and kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sunny south-west facing garden including a 10m x 5m swimming pool(open April - Sept). It is a 15 min walk to Meadfoot beach and a 7 min walk to Anstey's cove. There is a small high street with a supermarket, a deli, a pub, a post office and some more shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk from the house and its a 20 minute walk to the town and harbour.

Hartford Dairy is an annex next to our home. It is a cosy one bedroom, self contained space providing great accommodation for a couple or single traveller with its own parking space for one car. We are conveniently situated close to Dartmoor for beautiful scenery and walks and also within easy access to the coast, Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay. A village pub and Post Office/store are within walking distance. Our nearest town is Bovey Tracey and Ashburton is also an approximate 10 minute drive.
