The accommodation has its' own private entrance hall. With a shower room off the hallway, a door leads through to a kitchenette, leading upstairs to a large light, airy attic room, with a double bed and a single day bed. The room is perfect for a couple, 3 friends or a couple with one child. Linen and towels are provided. There is on street parking opposite the house. There are outside chairs. Situated in the village of Northam, it is a short drive to the beach and close to the SW coast path .

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

The Chapel at The Oratory has been completely refurbished to enhance its heritage - original features! We are close to local pubs offering delicious lunch/dinner, and the Fox Tor Cafe which cannot be beaten for it's breakfasts. You’ll love The Chapel because of it's privacy and space, and because it's situated in of some of the most beautiful, atmospheric and dramatic landscapes. Room annexed to my house in lovely coastal village setting. Private entrance and private patio area. Sit outside , enjoy a takeaway and a glass or two 🙂 Only two-and-a-half miles to the very famous Hartland Quay beach, and absolutely stunning coastal walks. There is a nice cafe+ 3 Pubs that all serve excellent food within the village,so plenty of choice without having to drive!! within 5 mins of the annexe you can be walking down the vale which is a beautiful place to walk and unwind.

Part of our home, The River Loft provides a unique private space (with internal lockable door), offering bed & DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th century parish church, The Loft is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
