IL BORGO - Como Lake

Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

La Scuderia

Caratteristico appartamento di circa 100 mq. ristrutturato nel 2017, ricavato all'interno di un'antica villa da una scuderia di inizio 1900. L' alloggio è silenzioso, fresco anche durante le calde giornate estive, dista 5 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Intra. "... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.

Modern apartment(45mq) for a couple that want to visit the lake but also for a romantic holiday . The view from the apartment is amazing ! There is a comfortable and confidential terrace available and we have build a swimming pool with a wonderfull view of the lake. You can reach Varenna center in 5 minutes with the bus (1,8 km)and in 25 minutes walking ( with a taxi you need 4 minutes).
