Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

This elegant Villa spreads out on 2 levels and can host up to 10 guests. Set in magnificent natural surroundings a comfortable distance (2 Kilometers away from Kathisma beach) and 20 minutes from the town of Lefkas. Near the house (5 minutes) is Agios Nikita's village where you can find beachfront restaurants, bars and shops.The Villa consists of a ground floor with kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with 3 on-suite bathrooms. Also outside you can find a private pool, barbecue and a comfortable area to relax and having a panoramic view to the blue waters of the Ionian Sea.

De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

Your first steps will bring you to the villa’s entrance; walking through it, you will discover the living room – which is perfectly combined with the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. The Villa offers three bedrooms . The fantastic veranda offers many possibilities of recreation and of course the swimming pool.

Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Μια παραδοσιακή πέτρινη μονοκατοικία του 1897, με θαλασσινές πινελιές, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη, που θα σας υποδεχτεί για να σας χαρίσει στιγμές ηρεμίας και απόλαυσης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αμφιλοχίας, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την αγορά, τα όμορφα καφενεία και τη θάλασσα. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός διαθέσιμος χώρος να παρκάρετε ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Η Λευκαδα και το αεροδρόμιο στο Άκτιο απέχουν περίπου 35 λεπτά.
