National trust properties to visit, plus Cromer is a 10min drive away, steeped in history with its amazing pier theatre. Set in stunning countryside, surrounded by nature, with fabulous beaches and walks from this cliff top location. Includes off street parking & guest garden along with log burner.

Extremely comfortable, newly refurbished four bedroom home in walking distance of beach and village. Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Belle Vue

Situated with an area of outstanding natural beauty in the village of Trimingham near Mundesley, Norfolk is Belle Vue, a characterful two bedroom cottage. Enjoying sea glimpses from the rear as well as a fantastic location close to the beach and within driving distance to the Norfolk broads. Belle Vue is a wonderful base for a family break, inviting four guests and two well behaved dogs. Benefit from off-road parking for one car at the rear before entering through the front.
