The bedroom has a built in bed with a high quality COCO-MAT mattress (200x180cm). The second room is consisted of a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a COCO-MAT armchair! Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.
