Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Prático e convenientemente renovado apartamento estúdio, no segundo andar de um Edifício Centenário, localizado numa zona do centro histórico do Porto conhecida como "a varanda sobre a cidade" devido à sua excelente vista sobre o Douro e o Porto. Centralmente localizado para desfrutar de tudo o que o centro da cidade tem para oferecer! 10 minutos a pé da estação de metro de S. Bento e Ribeira. A Avenida dos Aliados fica a 12 minutos a pé, enquanto a Igreja dos Clérigos fica a 15 minutos a pé.

Is a secular house with granite stonework and the typical colors of the neighborhood and is located in the historic center of Porto. It was totally restored by an architect of the Porto chamber keeping the old moth. The decoration is based on family pieces carefully collected and restored by me containing objects from various periods. The objective was to preserve as possible the way of life of the Porto residents and in every corner of the house will feel and appreciate their personality.

Afurada is an original fishing village, 5 kilometers out of Porto, directly on the Estuario do Douro nature reserve. The house was completely renovated in 2022 / 2025 and offers luxurious comfort. Your cozy holiday home offers space for two or three people.
