I have endeavored to create a comfortable space that provides a wonderful base for adventuring. The walls are covered in local art, I love showcasing local artisans. Paintings are reminiscent of Nelson and are for sale. The beautiful king sized bed and live edge wood counters are taken from sustainably harvested trees and created by a local craftsman. The upstairs is spacious and features a wood burning stove. The downstairs is a beautiful grotto bathroom with a sunken tub big enough for two.

Gondola View for Two

Our place is set up for two adults (not suitable for children). We are a 2 minute drive to RMR parking and gondola. You have your own entrance in the front. There is a connecting door to the rest of our home that is locked from both sides. It has a bright bathroom, walk-in glass shower, and a light breakfast space with toaster, microwave, coffee station ( lots of coffee, cream and teas) sink and small fridge. The view of the ski hill out large bright windows make it a nice place to relax.

Self-contained 2 bedrooms (master with queen bed, 2nd with queen & single), 1.5 bathrooms. By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.
