Fully equipped kitchen, wifi and double bed. (can be separated) You have a private toilet and bathroom just near your room in the hall. The location is perfect for the university, all the highlights of Utrecht or central station. This apartment is perfect convenient for a short stay in the center We live downstairs

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, at 5 to 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.
