Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design. In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.

L’appartamento, completamente ristrutturato, si presenta luminoso e accogliente, al quarto piano con ascensore e dispone di un box-auto nel cortile della casa. L’alloggio è composto da 2 ampie camere matrimoniali, un soggiorno con divano letto e cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, due bagni completi con doccia e lavatrice e un balcone.

L'Angolo di Casa Verrua

L’Angolo di Casa Verrua si trova in piazza Gran Madre di Dio nel quartiere Borgo Po a pochi passi dal centro città. L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.

La mia Reggia

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. L'appartamento è così composto: living con TV, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina, servizi e camera da letto con cabina armadio. È ricco di ogni comfort: 2 TV, rete Wi Fi veloce, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, riscaldamento a pavimento ed aria condizionata. Essendo in pieno centro, siamo in zona ZTL. Perfetto per un soggiorno culturale, una visita nel Parco della Mandria o all’ Allianz Stadium. È previsto il pagamento in loco per la tassa di soggiorno.

Soggiorna nel cuore della città in un elegante appartamento con grandi spazi arredati all’insegna della comodità e del relax .Il salone luminoso , diviso in tre aree , é separato dalla parte notte mediante una vetrina ornamentale contenente una collezione di porcellane antiche.Le diverse zone giorno si dividono in relax tv , ampia sala da pranzo e cucina attrezzata: qui trovano posto due divani letto. Una delle due camere matrimoniali può trasformarsi anche in camera a 3 letti singoli.

We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
