Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

Located in Dingwall, a small picturesque fishing community located approximately half way around the Cabot Trail. Although we do allow fur babies, please take note of the additional rules with regards to pets. This 2 bedroom cottage has a private yard and screen room. 2 small bedrooms both have queen beds and dressers, full living room, fully equipped kitchen (just bring food/coffee). Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Private BBQ. FAST Starlink WIFI, shampoo, soaps provided. Leashed dogs A-ok! 🐕 😊 Driveway is steep but well maintained in all seasons. Sorry, no motorcycles, please. WINTER BOOKINGS- snow tires and AWD needed for driveway, but it is always plowed and sanded.
