This is a modern studio on the 6th floor which is 6 minutes walking distance from the Old town. Major tourist attractions are also nearby. Huge supermarket Maxima is 200 meters away which works till midnight. This district is on the hill and you can see breathtaking views once walking to the Oldtown. Also if you need parking place, just drop a line, if you need it as it is not always available.
