This place is ideal for visiting the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam & Rotterdam. The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Welcome to our charming thatched farm house anno 1650. The house is fully detached and situated on an old cheese farm. Recently completely renovated, it has a spacious living, kitchen, 3 bedrooms accommodating up to six persons. Situated along the hiking path 'Grote Polderpad', you can visit wind mills, spot waterbirds, and enjoy the alpaca's at our farm (shearing occurs this weekend). The house is ideally located for day trips to the beach, Leiden, Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Kinderdijk, etc.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

De wagenschuur staat op een voormalig boerenerf vlakbij Leiden, zee en plassen. Het is een prachtig groene omgeving met een bos in de achtertuin en 10 minuten met de fiets naar hartje centrum Leiden en 15 minuten met de auto naar zee. Verder ligt het tussen Amsterdam en Rotterdam en 10 minuten rijden naar Den Haag. De locatie is geweldig. Onze gasten kunnen gebruik maken van 1 parkeerplaats op het erf. Feestjes en huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

No breakfast available. The cottage is en-suite with shower, toilet & washbasin, 2 comfortable beds next to each other, a dining area and a sitting area. The cottage also has got a mini-kitchen for small meals and there are tea and coffee making facilities. (Nespresso) 2 bikes and public transportcards to borrow. No children or baby’s without swimming diploma. Frontyard with cal and camera; backyard has nò cal and camera.

Downtown 256: The old shop: a completely renovated apartment in the centre of Leiden. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs. This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, at the end of the shopping street. Shops, restaurants, museums and theaters are in walking distance.

Stay in our former coach house

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike

Voor uw deur lopen regelmatig Schotse Hooglanders en Konik paarden. Het chalet ligt achter onze tulpenkwekerij en biedt ruimte voor max 3/4 pers.
