The guest suite is the entire lower level of my home, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette area to make light meals . The only bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom, therefore guests in other rooms will need to share. Comfy beds, large living area with view out to a beautiful private garden, with off street parking. 1 km toTe Puia thermal park and Waipa mountain bike park. 7 minutes to town center. 2 kms to New World supermarket. Base price is for up to 4 people, extra person fee $30 per night.

Grandviews Apartment, Rotorua

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
