Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

There is lots to see and do, Ollie the horse loves carrots, the cats may come and visit, calves need patting and at times we have sheep and lambs to play with. Just a one minute walk to cafes, shops and the town centre, this three bedroom (2 rooms with queen beds and one bunk - double bed with single on top) is family friendly or great for those on the bike trails. A nice large kitchen and comfortable lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace and a large heat pump that heats the whole house. The garage can be available on request for E-bike charging.
