Sorry, No Parties/Hen/Stag social/events) Dogs welcome @ 25 pounds each. Max 3 medium dogs. Dog run paddock . Suitable for families and as a base for exploring, walking, cycling across the Southdowns/beaches staying inside by the log fire. The Barn is for holiday let purposes only.

Ideal base for exploring the Southdown National Park, Goodwood Estate and just a 10 minute drive to the cathedral city of Chichester. Arundel and Petworth are a short drive away. The beautiful Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.
