The Old Factory, Carding Mill

Get away from it all in our authentic Shepherds Hut, situated under the Wenlock Edge, in the picturesque Shropshire Hills. A simple, yet charming shepherds hut complete with; two single beds, a table, chairs, an indoor log burner, indoor and outdoor lighting, two plug sockets to charge a phone and a kettle. A fresh water tap is close by, and there are basic shower and toilet facilities on site. The two single beds can be moved together to create a double, although, bedding is not provided.

This is a private en suite room, located in the peaceful village of Cardington, 5 miles from the market town of Church Stretton. The room has it's own private entrance and is separate to the owners house. A continental breakfast of cereal and pastries will be served to your room each morning at a time to suit you between 08.00 - 10.00. The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
