We are 400m from sea and 10min walk to Carnsore Point. 5 minute The Lobster Pot Seafood Restaurant 10 minute Lady's Island with local shop , pub, Cafe Both Rosslare Harbour and Strand 15 minute drive with Golf courses and wonderful restaurants. Meadowbrook Studio is a cosy, self-contained space which is ideal for a relaxing short break. Compact newly decorated double ensuite room with continental breakfast provisions provided. The accommodation comes with facilities for the secure and dry storage of bikes. With a host of added extras this accommodation has its own entrance and is a 20 minute walk ( via the Greenway if desired ) to the centre of Dungarvan. This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Lainey's Place, Kilrane Rosslare, quiet & peaceful

Lainey's Place is a peaceful location beside St Helens Bay. Ensuite bedroom, large private sitting room with your own private entrance. Continental breakfast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice tea and coffee are provided. We are a stroll from the beach at St Helens bay golf course. Friendly dog , cats, chickens on site. Outside seating. As Lainey's place is a family home. On occasions, grandchildren are on site visiting, so be prepared for some squeals of laughter and joyous sounds.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

So much to do at Benvoy. Have a relaxing day - enjoy the gardens, wander down to the beach or enjoy a drive or cycle along the Copper Coast. We also offer driftwood workshops. Or - walk amongst the mountains, cycle the famous Waterford Greenway, play golf, windsurfing and much more. Feel like culture? Castles, guided walks around Waterford city, historical sites, beautiful gardens and much more. Tramore is 10 minutes, Waterford is 15 minutes away, Dungarvan 30 minutes.

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.
