It is an open plan cottage with very comfortable living space and a large lawn to enjoy the Otago sunshine and admire the views. The cottage is located opposite the local golf course and 2km/7minutes from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail and Roxburgh Gorge Trail. The cottage is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring Otago valley.

We are right on the doorstep of the Round the Mountain Rail trail and adjacent to the Oreti River which is famous for its fishing. The accommodation has recently been renovated to meet the needs of both cyclists and fishermen alike. There is ample storage and charging for bikes. Close to Lumsden township where you can stop for coffee at one of the cafes and stock up on amenities.
