The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

It has all the mod-cons you need from: American fridge freezer, wine fridge, smeg kettle/toaster, 43" smart flat screen TV in lounge and en-suite bathroom to master.

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.

This holiday home provides a great base from which to explore the park and the surrounding areas and is ideal for fun family time or a couples romantic break. Open all year round. We welcome responsible dog owners, please bring with you all they need for a happy comfy stay including a towel for muddy paws and soggy fur.
