One parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay. Nearby availability is very good but, unfortunately, not guaranteed.

Till Barn is a cozy centrally heated cottage for two, but is surprisingly spacious, with vaulted beamed ceilings in the sitting room and bedroom and fully equipped kitchen and bath/ shower room. It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

It’s lovely luxurious terraced house with everything you could need . A two minute walk is the west common (where my horse Rico lives) lovely for a walk! Take a few minutes drive, or twenty min walk, where you will find yourself in the Bailgate area full of boutique shops and restaurants, and of course the cathedral and castle!

Mill Cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. 1 king double and 1 double. The cottage is hidden away in the corner of a beautiful garden and stands on its own with open views. There is a private entrance and car parking. It's located on the outskirts of Welton, 6 miles from the cathedral city of Lincoln. The cottage has a bath with shower over, open kitchen dining area and a lounge, ideal for a couple or small family. Outside is a summerhouse and garden furniture

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk.
