Get away from it all when you stay in our comfortable treehouse hut nestled under a canopy of native Karaka trees with a view of the harbour. Frankies treehouse hut is right next to Scorching Bay - one of Wellingtons best beaches. A perfect escape for nature lovers who want to get back to basics and enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors. PLEASE NOTE: There is no wifi or bathroom in the hut and the communal /shared shower and toilet is a 1 min walk away down the path. NOTE - NO SELF CHECKIN !

Chatsworth Retreat

Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

We are 8 kilometres from the centre of Martinborough heading south on the way to Lake Ferry. You can enjoy a leisurely wine tasting at our cellar door with David who is always happy to talk wine. We will also transport you to Martinborough so that you can spend the day investigating local wineries or dine at one of the town's fine restaurants.

Secluded Cabins nestled among five acres of regenerating native garden. Prairie Holm Farm is a working farm located along the edge of Lake Wairarapa and foothills of the rugged Remutaka Ranges. Accommodation consists of a generous sized lounge/kitchen/bathroom cabin and a separate two bedroom sleeping cabin. The bathroom is a unique "camping style" room giving an open air feel. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.
