The Carriage House Suites - the North Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the North Suite and the South Suite. The suites are listed separately.

Water is provided with water dispenser/maintained outhouse *Wood hot tub replaced in 2025 with nordic spa *Cabin situated on heavily treed 1 acre property with a creek directly in front of a quiet municipal road *Wood stove remains off-limits during the summer season (June-September). This rural property is a relaxing getaway located behind an abandoned railway just minutes from the historic and theatrical village of Blyth. This beautiful loft is nestled beside a picturesque spring-fed pond, surrounded by all that nature has to offer. Previously an apple orchard, Blyth Brooke Orchards, the cottage was once a loading and holding shed for the apples! Over the years it has been transformed into a beautiful living space in the country.

Now Open! Welcome! The bunkie has a great view of the sunrise. It's a quiet rural area (please note it is a GRAVEL road). Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. For allergenic reasons and safety of animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!
